Food Pyramid

All sorts of food pyramids exist, this is one that I have made to represent what I consume each day.

The Red bracelet and its association to the proana movement

Many women and young girls wear a red beaded bracelet on their left wrist to symbolize their journey, it usually has a butterfly or a dragonfly charm on it. The main purpose of this is public identification, it's a secret way of communicating with others that you share a commonality. Another way to IFOF (identify friend or foe) is to wear a red shirt on Mondays, it is a completely normal task but it is helpful if you are in search of a proana buddy. Of all the networks and meeting groups, I've not heard of an ED group that wasn't for recovery. Other than online there is no way to celebrate this, which is why I'm such a big fan of these bracelets.
I hope everyone is having a wonderful journey lately

Check-In

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't posted in quite a while, I have had some craziness in my life lately. Craziness though is good, it keeps you on your toes. I am still on track and improving daily, very happy!! I bought a textbook on body dysmorphic disorder so I can study it much closer to figure out what is connected to my anorexia and what is not. I will share what I find and feel free to ask questions. I hope all of you are doing well and don't hesitate to email even when I don't post because I do check that :)
